True’s Relationship Ready professional development is designed to empower teachers to deliver quality, comprehensive relationship and sexuality education (RSE) in their school community and to address the unique barriers to delivery.

This online module provides guidelines for establishing supportive school-based groups for LGBTIQ+ students. This is part of the LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Education: Capability, Confidence & Diversity Initiative series of online learning developed by True Relationships and Reproductive Health.

Gain skills to identify, understand and respond to a broad range of sexual behaviours in children and young people, ranging from behaviours that are typical and developmentally appropriate to those that are harmful or problematic and signal the need for follow up and support.

This course explores the nuances of Affirmative Consent. It aims to give the learner a comprehensive understanding of sexual consent and best practice in consent education. It covers legal frameworks, unhealthy relationship rules, power, consent and alcohol, communication & awkwardness. Providing the learner with frameworks, vocabulary and activities they can use to support young people navigating relationships and ethical consent practices.

Participants in this practical one day course will develop skills to deliver sexuality education and support healthy sexual development in children & young people.
