This course explores the nuances of Affirmative Consent. It aims to give the learner a comprehensive understanding of sexual consent and best practice in consent education. It covers legal frameworks, unhealthy relationship rules, power, consent and alcohol, communication & awkwardness. Providing the learner with frameworks, vocabulary and activities they can use to support young people navigating relationships and ethical consent practices.

Primarily for General Practitioners, this course is also helpful for midwives, nurses and other health professionals working in clinical and health education settings
