Course overview

True’s Relationship Ready online modules outline how to deliver comprehensive, inclusive RSE. They cover content and are packed full of resources including lesson plans, activities, and videos.

This series of self-paced online modules includes; How to Facilitate RSE, Puberty Education, Safer Sex: Protection, Contraception and Consent Education, Sexually transmissible infections and sexual health checks, and soon Sexuality and technology.

Relationship and sexuality education provides children and young people with the knowledge and skills to understand their bodies, make healthy choices, and form respectful relationships, but teaching RSE can present unique challenges. Relationship Ready modules provide content and resources to support the development and delivery of relationships and sexuality education.
