Cancellation

Cancellation requests received more than 4 weeks before the event (i.e on or before Thursday 18 September 2025)
Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to ceu@true.org.au. Cancellations or changes received more than 4 weeks prior to the symposium commencing will receive a refund less a 20% administration fee.

Cancellation requests received less than four weeks before the event (i.e. on or after Friday 19 September 2025)
Cancellations and amendments received in writing within four weeks of less of the symposium commencing will not receive a refund.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided for attendees of the face-to-face event. 

When you register for an event, we’ll ask for your dietary requirements. 

CPD information

Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attendance. This statement can be used to support a participant’s annual declaration of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours as part of their registration requirements.
